Without further ado...

I am getting behind on blogging (but with a 6 week old baby there are a few other priorities at this time).  So without further ado, here are my beautiful babies on Easter.

  

We had a wonderful time out in Reseda with Ned's beautiful and tiny Granny (more on her and her wonderful old house in a follow up post).

Look really closely at Tate and he is pointing to Granny saying, "That's What's Up! Thumbs up!"

Pre-Easter Festivities In Chino Hills

So before Easter we celebrated in Chino Hills with Ned's parents since we stayed the night out there to head out to Reseda...

And LOVE seeing these 2 do this, without promptings from me (they fight like brother and sister) but they also love each other SO much!

Really that is ALL the pictures we got, we didn't even get to try to play around because he was NOT having it or happy.  So we made do with our cute lil' guy!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Ella's school had a Daddy/Daughter dance a few weeks before Tate was born, and I just knew this would make Ella's day!  Well probably her month.  She was SO excited, she spent the whole afternoon putting on lip gloss and asked if I would do her hair really nice. 

She dressed up real fancy and then her dad said she went crazy dancing at the school dance (sliding on the floor, swinging around with her friends, and dancing with Ned).  I know she will remember this for a LONG time!

Up on the Roof

If anyone knows my mom well enough, you know she is pretty adventurous and likes to try and do new things.  She recently had a stint on Jeopardy, she didn't do super well, but she DID IT!  And she also likes to drag my dad along with her on many of her adventures.  So she and my dad recently went on a Hot Air Balloon over our house. Ned is also an adventurer (so as I ran upstairs to peak out the window to see if I could see my parents) Ned ran the kids up the room, opened the window, busted out the screen, and put the kids out on the roof.

They LOVED it and were yelling to their Nana & Boppie from up on the roof.

Tate (5 days old and he had his first photo shoot)

 At 5 days old he had his first photo shoot. Thanks to my sis-in-law Amy!!

7lbs. and 19"

We just got home TODAY after a long day hospital stay (c-section).  We are both exhausted and it was a long stay, so I will have to update more another time. I will just say we both feel SO overjoyed to have a healthy, happy baby boy. Who, if we do say so ourselves, we think is just an ADORABLE little doll! We love him so much already!!!!  We are excited to be home until Sunday (without the other 2 kiddos) to spend some bonding and adjusting time with him! How blessed we are.  I am doing pretty good too...

7 days left until Asher & Ella are BOTH big "Bruther" & Sister

At my little brunch a few weeks ago friends (Joyce & Kami) of course remembered Ella & Asher with "Big Brother" and "Big Sister" candies. They were so excited, yes to have a new sibling, but I think more so to get their own candy!

And Asher is really funny, because when we are out and about people will often say, oh what a cute little baby (about him) and he will immediately turn to me and say, "Mom! I am NOT a baby, I am a big brother!"  I always think it's so cute that he doesn't say he is a big boy, but a big brother...

...SO HERE WE GO!
